So I just finished reading Let The Right One in. Thoughts: This is an excellent book. It's sweet, tender, perverse and unnerving at the same time. Having seen the movie and before I read the book, and might I add the movie is a classic go see it, I can honestly say I enjoyed both. In cases of films based on books you often find that the movie is worse than the book but in the case of Let the Right One In, I can honestly say this isn't the case.
Both are beautiful works which are similar yet have their own distinct favor meaning its possible to enjoy one without the other. However, I would recommend the book purely from the background material contained within it.
